Kamalika Bose
Kamalika Bose is an urban conservationist, curator and educator with twelve years of experience in heritage-oriented planning and design, advocacy and research. She is the Founder of Heritage Synergies India, a dynamic practice deeply committed towards the stewardship, preservation and management of built and cultural heritage. She obtained a Master’s in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University as a Fulbright Scholar. She has authored Seeking the Lost Layers: Traditional Dwellings of the Urban Elite in North Calcutta (Ahmedabad, 2008) and co-authored A History of Interior Design in India (Ahmedabad, 2007), The Hoysala Legacy (DHF-Jaico, 2019) and, more recently, edited People Called Kolkata (Mumbai, 2019).
