Harish Shah

Harish Shah is the Founder and Managing Director of Signet Capital Pvt. Ltd., a family office that strategically diversifies investments across a wide array of asset classes and themes. Harish previously established Signet Excipients Pvt. Ltd., which grew to become India’s leading provider of pharmaceutical raw materials. After 38 years of successfully running the company, he achieved a significant milestone with its sale to IMCD N.V., a well-renowned global multinational corporation, in 2023.

In addition to his business ventures, Harish is deeply committed to philanthropy through The Harish and Bina Shah Foundation (HBSF), in which he is actively involved with his family. The Foundation is dedicated to tackling pressing social issues, including education, healthcare, and livelihoods, while also addressing critical areas such as gender equity, arts and culture, and environmental sustainability.

Further enriching his contributions to society, Harish holds key positions on the boards of prestigious institutions including Ashoka University, Plaksha University, Holy Family Hospital, and the Deccan Heritage Foundation, among others.
