Abhishek Mehta

Abhishek founded BLIF, an India-focussed public equities investment firm, in 2015. Prior to founding Blue Lotus Investments, Abhishek was an investment director at Brandywine Trust Group, a $10 billion NY-based multi-family office, where he led investments across asset classes and geographies. At Brandywine, Abhishek was responsible for managing a significant portion of the public and private equity portfolios and led the firm’s India-based investments. Prior to Brandywine, Abhishek was the interim head of investment office at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a NY-based foundation. He received a BS in Finance, with honours, from the University of Pittsburgh.

In addition to the DHF UK board, Abhishek serves on the Board of Visitors and Endowment Committee of Shady Side Academy, a K-12 preparatory school. He is a member of the University of Pittsburgh Chancellor’s Global Advisory Committee and the University’s College of Business Administration advisory board. Previously, Abhishek served on the Board of Directors of New York City’s Film Forum.
